The pop star and Twilight leading lady faced off in their matching minidresses. Kristen Stewart wore the dress to a NYC screening of Welcome to the Rileys in Oct. 2010. Then, on May Day of this year, Christina Aguilera stepped out in the same style for the 2nd Annual Mary J. Blige Honors Concert in NYC.
